Refund policy
Refunds:
* Cash refunds are not available.
* In case of size issues or damaged products, customers can either exchange the item.
Exchange Policy:
* BLISSIZZAH is responsible for exchanging products in case of damage, faults, or discrepancies. The customer must return the parcel via courier to our address.
* Exchanges are only allowed if the item differs from the picture.
* If the customer wants to exchange an item without any issue from our end, they must pay for both delivery charges.
* Exchanges are allowed within 3 days of purchase, provided the item is unused, tags are intact, and the packing is in its original condition.
* Customers should make a video while opening the parcel. Any claims for damage or missing items without a video will not be accepted.

* If all conditions are met, we will provide the address for return shipping.
* Upon receiving the returned article, we will dispatch the new piece.

Delivery Time:
