1. Order & Customization Policy
All of our products are handmade and customized, which means:
* Slight variations in color, size, and design may occur.
* These are natural characteristics of handmade items and not considered defects.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these minor differences as part of the handcrafted process.
2. Return & Exchange Policy
We do not offer returns unless there is a genuine issue like:
* Wrong item received
* Missing product
If there is an issue:
* Contact us within 2 days of receiving your order on WhatsApp: 03403207504.
* Share your order details and photos of the issue.
* If approved, we’ll send a return slip.
* Return the product through Leopard Courier with original packaging.
* Once received, we will ship the correct item promptly.
3. Refund Policy
As all items are made-to-order and personalized:
* We do not offer full refunds.
* In rare cases where correction isn’t possible, a partial refund may be provided.
* Minor design/color differences are not eligible for refunds or returns.
4. Shipping & Delivery Policy
Since our items are made by hand:
* Processing time may vary per order.
* Estimated dispatch dates are shared after order confirmation.
* Tracking details are provided after dispatch.
* We are not responsible for courier delays or issues caused during shipping.
